CM Advisory is an Algerian consulting and research firm. It brings together experts from complementary backgrounds to inform the decisions of companies, investors and project sponsors.
Who we are
Consulting, studies and hands-on support
Based in Hydra, Algiers, CM Advisory designs and carries out studies and advisory assignments for clients established in Algeria or preparing a project there.
Our experts have more than 50 years of combined experience. The range of their backgrounds means a single question can be examined from its economic, technical, regulatory and organisational angles.
The firm works across more than ten areas, grouped into three practices: economics, strategy and finance; sectors and resources; quality and compliance.

For each assignment, the firm puts together a team suited to the question at hand, drawing on complementary profiles:

Leadership
The firm is led by Hakim AMRANE, Managing Director. Each assignment has a single point of contact, responsible for its delivery and for the quality of its outputs.
Network of experts and partners
When an assignment calls for it, we bring in independent experts and specialist partners such as trainers, engineering consultancies and contractors. They work under our coordination and are bound by the same confidentiality commitments.

Our head office houses the firm’s management, assignment coordination and study teams. We travel to client sites anywhere in Algeria when an assignment requires it.
Our confidentiality commitment
All information provided by clients and prospective clients is treated as confidential. A non-disclosure agreement is signed as a matter of course before any sensitive documents are exchanged.
Our references are published in anonymised form; we never name a client without their written consent.
