Our approach
From the question to the decision
Every assignment follows a four-stage process. It gives clients visibility on progress, clear sign-off points and deliverables they can put straight to use.
How we work
Four stages, with deliverables at each one
01
Scoping
We restate the question and identify the stakeholders, the available data and the constraints. Scope, deliverables and timeline are agreed in writing.
Deliverables: scoping note, engagement letter.
02
Analysis
The team gathers, verifies and processes the data: client documents, public statistics, site visits and interviews. Assumptions are made explicit and shared with the client.
Deliverables: progress reviews, consolidated data.
03
Recommendations
We present concrete options, compared and argued, with their conditions for success, their risks and their costs.
Deliverables: study report, financial model, action plan.
04
Implementation support
If the client wishes, we help with implementation: steering the action plan, preparing applications, liaising with partners, tracking indicators.
Deliverables: tracking dashboards, meeting minutes.
Deliverables
Documents designed to be used
Our deliverables are written to be read by decision-makers, used by operational teams and presented to partners such as banks, public authorities and investors.

Scoping notes
Objectives, scope, method, timeline and sign-off points, agreed with the client before work begins.
Study reports
Structured analysis, with sources cited and an executive summary up front.
Excel financial models
Open, documented models: assumptions kept separate from calculations, scenarios and output tables. Clients can develop them further.
Action plans
Actions, owners, deadlines and indicators, ready to be tracked by a steering committee.
Management system documentation
Policies, processes, procedures, forms and records for an ISO management system, coded and indexed.
Engagement formats
Assignments sized to the need
One-off study
One question, one deliverable: market or feasibility study, valuation, diagnostic review.
Support assignment
A project followed over several months, from study to implementation: business upgrading, management systems, partnership structuring.
Ongoing advisory
Regular support to management within an agreed framework: advice, file reviews, indicator tracking.
Training
In-house sessions tailored to the client’s teams: food hygiene (HACCP), management systems, management tools.
Each assignment is set out in a written proposal, followed by an engagement letter specifying scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.

FAQ
Questions we are often asked
What happens at a first meeting?
An initial, no-commitment conversation helps us understand your needs. If sensitive documents need to be shared, a non-disclosure agreement is signed first. We then send you a written proposal.
How long does an assignment take, and how is it priced?
That depends on the question. Duration and fees are set during scoping and stated in the proposal, before you commit to anything.
How do you protect our information?
Through a non-disclosure agreement as standard, file access limited to the assignment team, and references published only in anonymised form. Information we receive is used solely for the assignment it was provided for.
Do you work outside Algiers and for foreign clients?
Yes. We work on site throughout Algeria. We also work with foreign investors and partners, in French and English.
Ready to scope your project?
A first conversation is usually enough to define the scope and format of the assignment.
